Bindu Sharma has been appointed Facility Director at Fortis Healthcare, where she will oversee facility operations at the group’s Greater Noida facility.

In her new role, Sharma will focus on operational excellence, efficient healthcare delivery and strengthening overall facility performance, with responsibilities spanning hospital operations and service delivery.

Before joining Fortis Healthcare, Sharma held leadership positions at Max Multi Speciality Center, Noida, and Max Healthcare, progressing through various unit and operations leadership roles.

Earlier in her career, she was associated with Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital and Saket City Hospital, where she developed experience across hospital operations, quality assurance and patient safety.

Her appointment comes as healthcare providers increasingly focus on strengthening hospital operations, improving patient experience and driving greater efficiency across healthcare facilities.
