Dr Reddy’s appoints Amit Golash as Global Head-Customer Service & Logistics

Dr Reddy’s has appointed Amit Golash as Global Head-Customer Service & Logistics. He has worked in leadership roles across the spectrum of manufacturing, engineering, planning and logistics.

Dr. Reddy’s will look to leverage Amit's expertise in customer experience excellence, driving profitability, innovation in fulfilment services and building the supply chain for rapid growth.

Amit has extensive leadership experience across supply chain and has worked at companies such as Unilever, Flipkart, Colgate-Palmolive & Mondelez.

Prior to joining DR Reddy’s, Amit was associated with Flipkart (Part of Walmart International) as the Vice President for Supply Chain where he was responsible for customer experience excellence, driving profitability, innovation in fulfilment services and building the supply chain for rapid growth.

Prior to Flipkart, he held various roles in Unilever across India and UK. He was associated with Unilever as their Senior Supply Chain Director where he led development and execution of the Global Supply Chain Strategy, Technology-driven Global Innovations, Customer Service and Profitability Improvement within Beauty & Personal Care business. In his Supply Chain career, Amit has worked across the spectrum of Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning and Logistics.

Amit completed his post-graduation in Operations, Supply chain management and Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai. On the personal front, Amit enjoys the outdoors with long walks, loves cycling and takes a few shots at playing tennis and badminton.
