Dr Reddy’s Laboratories has elevated Saran PS to the role of Head – Launch Excellence and Program Management, effective April 2026, strengthening the company’s focus on execution-led growth for its innovative portfolio.

The promotion follows Saran’s impactful tenure as Lead – Strategy and New Product Launch Excellence within the India business, where he played a key role in sharpening launch capabilities and commercial execution.

In his new leadership role, Saran will spearhead the end-to-end launch framework for Dr. Reddy’s innovation-led portfolio, driving seamless market entry and execution excellence across major therapeutic areas including oncology, diabetes, and gastroenterology.

Saran brings over 15 years of cross-sector leadership experience spanning pharmaceuticals, consulting, and energy, with deep expertise in strategic operations, commercial excellence, and business transformation.

Before joining Dr. Reddy’s, he spent nearly seven years at Biological E. Limited, where he led marketing and operations strategy initiatives, including the domestic launch of the Covid-19 vaccine Corbevax, one of India’s key pandemic-era immunisation efforts.

His professional journey also includes strategic transformation roles at Zinnov and GE, alongside industrial operations experience at Reliance Industries Limited, giving him a strong blend of consulting rigour and execution-led business leadership.
