Health Prime has appointed Nidhi Bajaj as Vice President – Human Resources, reinforcing its leadership team as the company sharpens its focus on people strategy and organizational growth.

Bajaj joins Health Prime after a long and progressive tenure at Concentrix, where she most recently served as Associate Director – Human Resources. Over more than a decade at Concentrix, she held multiple leadership roles, contributing across HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.

Prior to that, she spent over 13 years at Wipro, gaining extensive experience across training, operations, and HR functions, which helped shape her cross-functional leadership approach.

At Health Prime, Bajaj is expected to drive key HR initiatives, strengthen talent capabilities, and align workforce strategies with the company’s growth ambitions. Her appointment underscores the organization’s commitment to building a robust people-centric culture as it scales its operations.
