Hitesh Dhaddha has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Strategy, Growth Initiatives, M&A, Capital Markets and Strategic Finance at Yashoda Hospitals.

In his new role, Dhaddha will oversee the group's finance function while leading corporate strategy, growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations and strategic finance as Yashoda Hospitals looks to support its long-term expansion.

Dhaddha joins Yashoda Hospitals from Aster DM Healthcare, where he served as Chief Investor Relations & M&A Officer and Executive Committee Member in India. 

During his tenure, he was involved in major strategic initiatives including the Aster DM Healthcare–Quality Care merger, India-GCC demerger and key capital market transactions.

Prior to Aster DM Healthcare, Dhaddha held senior finance and investor relations positions at Piramal Group, Vedanta Group and ITC Limited.

Across these roles, he has built experience spanning strategic finance, M&A, corporate strategy, investor relations, ESG, capital markets and business transformation.

His appointment comes as Yashoda Hospitals continues to expand its healthcare footprint, with his combined finance and M&A mandate expected to play a key role in evaluating growth opportunities and capital allocation.
