The Board of Directors of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has approved the appointment of  Sachin Jain as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect February 05, 2025.

Jain is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and MBA (Finance) from Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad.

He has over 23 years of experience across sectors. His prior experience includes AR Airways Limited, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), The Park Hotels, The Oberoi Amarvilas and Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.
