Kumar-Sinha currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd., Tata Capital, Ventive Hospitality Limited, and Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd.. Across these organizations, she contributes to governance, regulatory oversight, strategic planning, and board-level decision-making.
