Redcliffe Labs has appointed Ramesh Krishnan as an Independent Director on its Board, effective August 2026, as the diagnostics company strengthens its governance and prepares for its next phase of growth.

Krishnan brings more than three decades of experience across healthcare services, hospital operations, private equity-backed businesses and multi-geography healthcare operations.

His expertise spans healthcare strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, governance, business transformation and operational excellence.

He is currently Founder and CEO of Medagg Healthcare and serves as Executive Director at Rela Institute and Medical Centre. Previously, he was CEO and Head of Middle East and South Asia at Parkway Pantai, part of IHH Healthcare.

During his earlier tenure with Fortis Healthcare, he oversaw operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Mauritius.

Krishnan has also served as Operating Partner at Everstone Capital’s healthcare services platform and has held positions on more than 20 healthcare boards, including Gleneagles Development, Continental Hospitals, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals and Sahyadri Hospitals.

He currently serves as an Independent Director at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospitals.

The appointment comes as Redcliffe Labs expands beyond its established pathology network of 80+ laboratories and 2,000+ collection centres to integrate pathology, radiology, technology and preventive healthcare into a broader diagnostic platform.

Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO, Redcliffe Labs, said Krishnan’s operating experience, strategic perspective and board-level leadership would support the company as it builds a connected, technology-enabled healthcare platform.

Dheeraj Jain, Chairperson and Founder, Redcliffe Labs, said strengthening the Board with experienced healthcare leaders would be critical as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Krishnan said Redcliffe Labs has built a strong diagnostics platform and is now entering an important phase as diagnostics, technology, imaging and preventive care increasingly converge across the healthcare ecosystem.
