Vijay brings more than 28 years of experience across healthcare, technology, edtech, manufacturing, and global business environments
Redcliffe Labs has appointed Vijay T. S. as its Chief People Officer (CPO), strengthening its leadership team as the diagnostics and healthcare company continues to expand its footprint and scale operations across India.
In his new role, Vijay will spearhead the company's people strategy, overseeing talent management, leadership development, organizational culture, performance excellence, employee engagement, and capability building.
An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Vijay brings more than 28 years of experience across healthcare, technology, edtech, manufacturing, and global business environments. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions spanning human resources, organizational development, business operations, change management, talent strategy, and leadership capability building.
He joins Redcliffe Labs from CureBay, where he served as Chief People Officer and played a key role in organizational design, leadership hiring, performance-linked rewards, and policy development to support the company's expansion across rural India.
Prior to CureBay, Vijay spent nearly eight years at Chegg as Managing Director – India, where he led a significant phase of operational growth and organizational scaling. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at DuPont, Birlasoft, and Hyundai Motor India.
