Sanofi India Limited (SIL) has appointed Rahul Bhatnagar as the Chairman of its Board of Directors with effect from Thursday, 30th April 2026.

Since joining SIL's Board in 2020, Bhatnagar has actively contributed across multiple Committees, including Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Risk Management. He brings extensive expertise in finance, strategy and governance.

A Chartered Accountant and Wharton MBA, he has held leadership positions across leading global and Indian organizations, including Nestlé, PepsiCo, and the Bharti Group. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Whirlpool India Limited, Rossell India Limited, TBO TEK Limited & Tasty Bite Eatables Limited.
