He has previously served in pivotal HR leadership roles at RPG Life Sciences, Akumentis Healthcare, and Wockhardt, where he successfully led organization-wide HR transformations, performance management strategies, and cultural realignments. 

His career began in frontline sales with companies like Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Panacea Biotec, where he demonstrated exceptional business growth and team development capabilities before transitioning to HR.
