Zydus Wellness has appointed Manish Lal as the Head, Global Demand and Supply Organization.

With over two decades of extensive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement, Lal has established himself as a transformational leader in the FMCG and consumer goods sectors.

Prior to this role, he served as Director – Manufacturing at Mondelēz International, where he led end-to-end operations, logistics, and planning functions. His career spans impactful leadership positions across PepsiCo, Kraft Heinz, Johnson & Johnson, Universal Total Lubricants, Inc., Asian Paints, and Bajaj Auto Ltd.

He holds a Postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai (formerly NITIE) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
