Brenntag, the global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, has opened a new Innovation & Application Center for Nutrition in Jakarta, strengthening its technical support and product development capabilities for food and beverage manufacturers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

 

Located at The Gallery CIBIS Park, the new center provides formulation development, application testing, laboratory analysis, pilot production and technical training. A UHT pilot plant will allow customers and supplier partners to test, refine and validate new product concepts before commercial production.

 

The Jakarta facility is part of Brenntag’s global network of 31 Nutrition Innovation & Application Centers, combining local application expertise with access to the company’s international technical knowledge.

The center is supported by a team of technical and application specialists serving a wide range of nutrition segments, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bakery, confectionery, convenience food, dairy, meat, poultry and fish processing, nutraceuticals, sauces and condiments, specialized nutrition and plant-based products.

 

The facility is designed to help manufacturers move from formulation and testing to pilot-scale validation, giving customers a platform to assess product performance and refine concepts before commercial launch.
