RedHill Biopharma Ltd, a specialty biopharmaceutical company, announced that the New York Supreme Court’s summary judgment in the Company’s favor against Kukbo Co. is now final and eligible for enforcement and foreign recognition. The appeal period has expired, and Kukbo no longer has any right to contest the judgment.

The Court awarded RedHill a total of more than $10.5 million, including approximately $8.6 million representing the main judgment, which is now fully enforceable. Legal fees and expenses of approximately $1.9 million were also awarded; this portion remains subject to potential appeal until March 13, 2026. Both the judgment and the fees continue to accrue statutory interest at an annual rate of 9 per cent.

In addition, RedHill has obtained a court-approved asset attachment in South Korea to prevent Kukbo from transferring or disposing of assets ahead of enforcement of the judgment.

“This ruling represents an important and definitive legal win for RedHill,” said the Company. “We are now taking the necessary steps to enforce the judgment and secure the funds awarded.”

RedHill will provide further updates as enforcement progresses.
