Celebrating the spirit of mothers, ACI Hospitals a boutique multi-speciality healthcare centre with expertise in cardiology and oncology, has introduced a women’s special campaign called ‘WOWMOM’ for the month of May. With an aim to create awareness and promote quality healthcare for women, the campaign urges women to focus on their overall well-being and participate in regular health checkups.

Honouring the spirit of all women across the globe, Dr Vijayshree Patil, Consultant Intensive Care Specialist, ACI Hospitals said, “From juggling between work and family life to assisting children with school, women never had it easy. It’s high time we prioritise their mental and physical health and be mindful of what they need the most. Our aim with WOWMOM is to create awareness about various medical conditions including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, and many more. I believe that medical conditions can be effectively tackled if they are detected early especially for women. We recommend the women to undergo medical check-ups regularly and also visit our camps set up across the city.”

As part of the campaign, ACI Hospitals will be setting up camps and offering special diagnostic packages, homecare services, cancer-specific investigations and HVP vaccination for young girls throughout this month for all women across the city.
