Combined footprint expands to 420 hearing care centres across India
Hearzap, India’s fast-growing hearing care provider, announced an agreement to acquire Amplifon India, marking a significant expansion of its national hearing care network across the country.
The agreement for the acquisition has been supported by HEARZAP’s investors, 360 ONE Asset Management, one of India’s leading private equity investors
Amplifon India, part of the global Amplifon group, operates a network of approximately 240 hearing care points of sale across India and is known for its clinical expertise, service quality, and established client trust.
As part of the agreement, HEARZAP will acquire AMPLIFON India’s points of sale, a business generating a topline of around Rs. 120 crore and supported by nearly 460 service providers.
Post acquisition, the combined entity is expected to operate close to 2x, adding up to a total of 430 points of sale across India.
With over 1,000 service providers and a topline exceeding Rs. 230 crore, further strengthening HEARZAP’s leadership position in the hearing care sector.
