Maverick Simulation Solutions has launched SIDDH, a high-fidelity critical care adult patient simulator developed and manufactured in India, aimed at transforming hands-on clinical training across medical colleges, teaching hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Weighing 65 kg, SIDDH is a life-size adult simulator designed to replicate real-world critical care scenarios with unmatched physiological accuracy. It features advanced lung simulation technology, AI-powered ultrasound capabilities, and real-time physiological response systems, offering doctors, nurses, paramedics, and medical students a safe, immersive, and clinically realistic training environment. Trainees can practice complex procedures, manage emergencies, and make critical decisions before stepping into real patient settings.
The launch event in Dwarka, New Delhi, drew leading figures from India’s medical community, including Dr. Deepak Aggarwal (AIIMS), Dr. Deepak Jhakkar and Dr. Ishmeet (Dermosphere Clinic), Dr. Vikram Gandhi (Institute of Dental Studies and Technologies), and Dr. Sahil, MBBS, signalling strong support for advanced simulation-based training.
Speaking at the launch, Anuj Chahal, Founder of Maverick Simulation Solutions, said: "The global medical simulation industry is witnessing rapid growth as healthcare systems increasingly recognise the importance of safe, technology-driven training.
"In India, this need is even more urgent as the number of medical colleges and healthcare institutions continues to expand. However, access to high-fidelity simulators has traditionally depended on expensive imports. With SIDDH, we are proud to introduce a truly Make in India solution that matches global standards while being designed specifically for Indian healthcare realities.”
He added: “Our vision is to position India not just as a consumer of advanced simulation technologies but as a creator and exporter of them. Maverick Simulation Solutions is committed to strengthening the domestic MedTech ecosystem by investing in research, engineering excellence, and AI integration. SIDDH represents a step towards building self-reliance in critical care training infrastructure and supporting the broader national goal of innovation-led healthcare transformation.”
SIDDH positions India at the forefront of medical simulation technology, offering a homegrown alternative to expensive imports and raising the bar for training future healthcare professionals.
SIDDH has already been installed at several premier medical institutions across India, including multiple AIIMS campuses and a central government hospital in New Delhi, reinforcing Maverick Simulation Solutions’ mission to accelerate the digital transformation of medical education.
Through research-driven innovation, AI integration, and scalable simulation technologies, the company is raising clinical training standards nationwide.
Sunil Tomar, Director of Maverick Simulation Solutions, said: "What makes SIDDH unique is the depth of physiological realism combined with intelligent analytics. Unlike static simulation models, SIDDH’s response engine continuously adapts to clinical interventions in real time, whether it is ventilator adjustments, airway management decisions, or fluid resuscitation.
"The integration of AI-powered ultrasound with dynamic lung mechanics and automated performance tracking creates a truly data-driven training ecosystem. This level of technological convergence positions SIDDH at par with global high-fidelity systems while being designed and manufactured in India."
