New digital health companion uses friendly, jargon-free communication to help users better understand reports
Neuberg Diagnostics has launched ‘Neubee’, a digital health companion aimed at making preventive healthcare easier to understand and act upon.
Introduced on World Health Day 2026, the initiative is designed to bridge one of healthcare’s biggest barriers—patient understanding of medical information.
The company said Neubee will simplify complex health concepts, reports and biomarkers into clear, everyday language, helping users better interpret markers such as HbA1c, Vitamin D and cholesterol. By making health conversations more approachable and less intimidating, the platform seeks to encourage timely testing and proactive wellness decisions, especially among younger audiences.
According to Kavya, President – Strategy & Operations, Neuberg Diagnostics, the idea stems from the belief that preventive care begins with clarity, and that better understanding leads to faster action on health risks.
Initially launched across Neuberg’s digital platforms, Neubee will engage audiences through short explainer videos, interactive Q&As, myth-vs-fact series, quizzes and simple health education content, positioning it as a friendly digital mascot for everyday preventive care.
