RestorixHealth, a national leader in comprehensive wound care management, today announced the acquisition of CūtisCare, a premier provider of multi-place hyperbaric medicine and hospital-based services. The strategic partnership expands RestorixHealth’s capabilities, enhancing its ability to support hospital partners and healthcare systems with advanced wound management and hyperbaric solutions.

The newly combined organization will integrate CūtisCare’s specialized hyperbaric medicine expertise with RestorixHealth’s proven operational, clinical, and financial strengths. This collaboration will enable RestorixHealth to provide a full spectrum of hyperbaric medicine services — including both multi-place and mono-place systems — to better meet the diverse needs of hospital partners across the United States.

In addition, through collaborations with leading research institutions, RestorixHealth will continue to invest in validated clinical protocols and evidence-based practices, reinforcing its commitment to safer and more effective patient care.

The transaction excludes CūtisCare’s RegenQuest division, which focuses on office-based wound healing and hyperbaric programs and will continue operating independently.

This acquisition follows RestorixHealth’s April 2024 strategic collaboration with Accurate Healthcare, which created an integrated service provider to support wound care in the skilled nursing industry.
