MedPredict Private Limited has launched MediElaj, an AI-powered healthcare app and smart diagnostic kiosk and mobile app platform.

The company has raised approximately USD 100,000 from friends and family.

In parallel, the founders have also bootstrapped and invested nearly USD 500,000 into building the company’s technology platform, AI healthcare ecosystem, kiosk infrastructure, and operational capabilities.

MediElaj was founded with the objective of decentralising access to primary healthcare.

The company is building a connected healthcare ecosystem that utilises smart healthcare kiosk and mobile app to deliver at-home, AI-assisted health screenings and non-invasive health measurements, provide conversational assistance for healthcare issues, and offer access to digital health records.

Debjit Patra, Founder & Chairman, remarked, “We envision MediElaj becoming one of Bharat’s and the world’s leading AI-enabled healthcare accessibility platforms focused on preventive, affordable, and scalable healthcare delivery.”

“Our mission is to build a connected healthcare ecosystem that brings intelligent healthcare support closer to millions of people across Tier 2, Tier 3, rural, and underserved regions of India,” added Patra.
