Neuberg Diagnostics has entered into a strategic joint venture with Mahajan Imaging & Labs to strengthen and expand its pathology and wellness diagnostics business across North India.

The partnership brings together Neuberg Diagnostics’ capabilities in pathology, genomics, clinical operations and digital infrastructure with Mahajan Imaging & Labs’ more than three decades of expertise in radiology, nuclear medicine, PET-CT and advanced diagnostics.

As the exclusive partner for seven states in North India, Neuberg will leverage Mahajan Imaging & Labs’ established regional presence to expand its diagnostic network. The two companies will initially focus on strengthening and integrating their existing laboratory operations in Noida, Lucknow and Jammu.

Under the collaboration, the companies plan to integrate capabilities across pathology, imaging, nuclear medicine and genomics, with investments expected in laboratory infrastructure, collection networks, advanced testing and digital systems.

For Neuberg, the partnership is expected to accelerate its pathology and genomics expansion in North India while leveraging Mahajan Imaging & Labs’ clinical expertise and regional network. For Mahajan Imaging & Labs, the association provides additional operating scale, infrastructure and expertise to support its next phase of growth.

Kabir Mahajan will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the joint venture operations, leading the organisation’s operational and growth strategy.

According to Mahajan, the company has built significant expertise in imaging and radiology while also expanding its pathology capabilities, and the association with Neuberg will help accelerate this growth through additional scale, infrastructure and expertise.

The joint venture will also explore the use of technology and artificial intelligence for quality control, workflow management and reporting.
