Bayer, a global leader in radiology and cardiology, has struck a major deal to acquire two investigational molecular imaging agents from clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Attralus.

The acquisition of AT-01 (124-Iodine-evuzamitide) and AT-05 (PAR-Peptide + technetium-99m) positions Bayer at the forefront of cardiac amyloidosis diagnostics and strengthens its broader precision cardiology strategy.

The global market for radio-diagnostic tracers was valued at roughly $3 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow sharply in the coming years. Bayer’s deep radiology portfolio, clinical development know-how, and global commercial infrastructure give it a unique edge to accelerate innovation and improve patient outcomes worldwide.
