J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals completes Razel acquisition 

J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has informed that the acquisition of the Razel franchise from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited has been successfully completed.  Earlier, the board of directors of J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals had given approval for acquisition of the Razel franchise from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited.

DRRDBV completes Asset Purchase Agreement transaction

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited wholly owned subsidiary Dr. Reddy's Research and Development B. V. (DRRDBV), has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement for sale of its certain assets and liabilities including transfer of employees at site situated at Zernikedreef 12, 2333, CL Leiden, The Netherlands. DRRDBV has completed the above said transaction on December 22, 2022 and the Asset Purchase Agreement is now effective.

Piramal Enterprises divests its entire stake in PHSA

Piramal Enterprises Limited is divesting its entire stake in Piramal Holdings (Suisse) SA (PHSA), a non-operative, non-material wholly owned subsidiary of the company to Heather Investment in Commercial Enterprises & Management Co. LLC, UAE, for a consideration of US $200,436. Consequent to the divestment, PHSA ceases to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Cardiac Centre Inaugurated at NLC India Hospital

High end cardiac centre with state-of- the-art Cath Lab has been inaugurated at NLC India Hospital by Rakesh Kumar, CMD, NLC India Limited.       

This is the only such advanced Cath Lab in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu which provides cardiology outpatient services & inpatient treatment for any cardiac disease for patients referred by NLC India Hospital and stakeholders and is also open to the public. Procedures like coronary angiogram, emergency and elective coronary peripheral angioplasty, pace-maker implantation and other procedures can be carried out here.     

The centre will be equipped to handle all medical emergencies. The Cath Lab is set up with 25 bedded cardiac facilities with all amenities (3 ER, 6 CCU, 2 Recovery, 5 Wards, 6 semi private and 3 single room beds). The facility will become fully operational by next month.
