EPL Limited, a global packaging solutions company, reported its strongest-ever top-line growth in the first quarter of FY27, with revenue rising 25.3% year-on-year to Rs. 1,387.9 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The performance marks the fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth, with the company reporting broad-based expansion across geographies and key product categories.

On an underlying basis, excluding the pass-through impact of higher raw material prices, revenue growth stood at 20%.

EPL's EBITDA increased 15.2% YoY to Rs. 261.2 crore, marking the company's 15th consecutive quarter of double-digit EBITDA growth. EBITDA margin stood at 18.8%, while the underlying EBITDA margin was 19.6%.

The company said it successfully passed on the entire increase in raw material costs through pricing actions across regions, helping protect underlying margins.

Profit after tax declined 1.4% during the quarter, while profit before tax increased 10% YoY. EPL attributed the difference primarily to the lower effective tax rate recorded in the corresponding quarter last year and said the tax rate is expected to normalise over the full year.

Hemant Bakshi, MD & Global CEO, EPL Limited, said, “Our outstanding Q1 performance, with revenue growth of 25.3%, the highest we have ever delivered, reflects the strength of our strategy, the resilience of our business and our relentless focus on customers.”

“What makes this performance particularly meaningful is that we delivered record top-line momentum across every geography and core category, even amid continued global headwinds and price volatility, while protecting our underlying margins,” he added.

The company's geographic performance remained broad-based, with all regions recording double-digit revenue growth. EAP grew 34.3%, followed by the Americas at 29.4%, Europe at 20.2% and AMESA at 17%. India recorded revenue growth of 19.9%.
