Time Medical International Ventures Philippines (TMIV-P), a subsidiary of Fischer Medical Ventures Limited (FMV), has been awarded a province-wide digital healthcare project in Catanduanes, Philippines.

This marks the first province-wide deployment of an integrated Health Kiosk and digital clinic management model in the country, according to the company.

Under the project, TMIV-P, in partnership with FlynnCare, will deploy Health Kiosks integrated with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System (CMS) across Catanduanes Province.

The integrated platform is designed to connect community-level healthcare delivery with digital clinical workflows and structured patient information. 

The solution will combine health screening, connected diagnostics, teleconsultation and digital clinical management, with the aim of improving access to healthcare in municipalities and barangays where diagnostic and healthcare infrastructure may be limited.

The project is positioned as an initiative supporting the Philippines' Universal Health Care (UHC) programme, by connecting frontline community healthcare services with a digitally enabled clinical ecosystem.

According to Fischer Medical Ventures, integration with a PhilHealth-accredited CMS can help standardise clinical workflows, improve access to patient information and strengthen continuity of care between community-level providers and the broader healthcare system.

Ravindran Govindan, Chairman and Managing Director, Fischer Medical Ventures and Time Medical International Ventures Philippines, said the Catanduanes project represents an important milestone in the company's efforts to support healthcare transformation through integrated medical technology and digital health solutions.

He said the province-wide rollout demonstrates how community screening, digital clinical workflows, patient information and telehealth can be connected through an integrated platform, potentially providing a scalable foundation for digitally enabled healthcare across other provinces.

The company said it is also exploring similar large-scale opportunities across the Philippines and other markets, particularly where preventive screening, connected healthcare and AI-enabled diagnostics are gaining importance.

Its technology portfolio spans Health Kiosks, AI-powered screening, TeleRadiology, Tele-Diagnosis and connected care pathways, alongside the FlynnCare CMS.

The Catanduanes project could therefore serve as a reference model for further provincial deployments, while creating opportunities for recurring technology and digital healthcare services as healthcare systems across the region accelerate their digital transformation.
