LifeCell International, an integrated diagnostics and preventive healthcare company, has entered into a strategic partnership with Shraddha Diagnostics to expand access to advanced and specialised diagnostic services across Gujarat.

The partnership combines Shraddha Diagnostics’ established regional presence, clinician relationships and expertise in routine diagnostics with LifeCell’s scientific capabilities, specialised diagnostic portfolio and technology-enabled laboratory infrastructure.

The two organisations will operate their Gujarat business under the Shraddha LifeCell entity.

Shraddha Diagnostics currently operates six laboratories and four centres across Ahmedabad and Surat. Through the partnership, the combined platform will offer approximately 4,500 diagnostic tests, spanning routine pathology and specialised areas such as genomics, oncology, transplant and IVF diagnostics.

The partnership will focus on strengthening diagnostic quality and accessibility, expanding the specialised testing portfolio, enhancing technology and digital capabilities, and improving the overall experience for patients, clinicians and healthcare partners.

Mayur Abhaya, Managing Director, LifeCell International, and Dr. Hiren and Dr. Dushyant, Founders, Shraddha Diagnostics, said in a joint statement, “This partnership brings together Shraddha Diagnostics’ regional expertise, clinical relationships and established presence with LifeCell’s scientific capabilities, specialised diagnostic portfolio and technology infrastructure.”

“Together, we aim to expand access to a broader range of diagnostic services across Gujarat while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and patient experience. The combined platform will allow us to serve the entire state with a comprehensive portfolio of approximately 4,500 tests,” Abhaya added.
