NGL Fine-Chem Limited is planning a greenfield expansion at Tarapur with 50% capacity expansion with sufficient capacity to meet demand for new products in the pipeline.

The estimated Capex is to the tune of Rs. 140 crore to be funded through debt and internal accrual. The company has so far incurred a Capex of Rs. 7 crore. Presently, civil construction is undergoing and the facility is expected to commercialize in FY24. Presently, the implementation has slowed down in view of high commodity prices.
