A new data platform built on more than a decade of electronic health record (EHR) aggregation is promising to transform how clinical research is designed and executed.
SEQSTER has unveiled 1-Click DataLake, a system that provides researchers and life-science companies access to real-world data drawn from more than 150 million de-identified patients and 200,000 clinicians across the United States. The platform securely queries patient-consented records, delivering real-time, longitudinal insight into patient journeys — from diagnosis through treatment outcomes.
The company says those insights can power advanced analytics and real-world evidence (RWE), helping researchers improve trial design, study feasibility, and recruitment strategies.

That breadth could prove critical as regulators push for more inclusive clinical research. Recent mandates from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration require greater diversity in clinical trials, aiming to ensure that study populations better represent the patients who will ultimately receive new therapies.
