Shyamakant Giri, Chief Executive Officer of Gland Pharma Limited has resigned from the services of the company. Upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors had accepted the said resignation.

His resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026. Giri had originally taken charge as CEO on January 15, 2025.

Giri stated he is stepping down to pursue new opportunities after careful consideration.
