Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Genokine Biotech Limited with registered office in Vadodara, Gujarat.

The wholly owned subsidiary will carry on the business of all types of research and development and other related services, including but not limited to support the development of products for human as well as non-human use, such as veterinary, agricultural, and industrial products.

The Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India on July 5, 2025. Authorised capital of the company is Rs. 100,000 and subscribed capital is Rs. 100,000.
