The news report stating Krsnaa Diagnostics has accepted Rs 100 crores of undisclosed income is incorrect and baseless.

  • By IPP Bureau | August 02, 2022

As notified to the regulatory Exchange on July 29, 2022, the Income Tax Officials had visited our premises in Pune. We have co-operated with all the necessary documents/data and continue to cooperate with the authorities if required. We conduct our business with utmost integrity and sincerity. None of the figures or allegations mentioned in the news report are borne out of any regulatory documents served on us and hence we deny the allegations made in the press reports and would like to clarify that the reports are speculative.

Also, the news report stating Krsnaa Diagnostics has accepted INR 100 crores of undisclosed income is incorrect and baseless. We would like to state since the authorities have not concluded their assessment and hence there were no claims of INR 100 crores served on us and therefore no grounds for us to accept it. Further the revenue numbers stated for 31 March 2019 and 31 March 2021 in the news report are also incorrect and misleading. We reiterate that the news report is baseless, misleading and incorrect, since no such demand was made by the Income Tax authorities.

Krsnaa Diagnostics is a law-abiding organization that aims to improve medical diagnostics to world class levels and have introduced affordable diagnostics for the benefit of patients at large.

As a listed organization, we maintain highest standards of Corporate Governance and are conscious of our disclosure obligations under the SEBI rules. The Company will duly keep the stock exchanges and shareholders informed on the developments.
