HAB Pharmaceuticals & Research Limited has appointed Pankaj Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). 

The appointment comes as HAB Pharma strengthens its financial and organisational capabilities to support its next phase of growth.

A Chartered Accountant with almost 18 years of experience across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, Pankaj brings expertise in financial strategy, planning and forecasting, financial reporting and compliance, fundraising, treasury management, audit, risk assessment and operational efficiency.  

Prior to joining HAB Pharma, he held senior finance roles at Innovcare Lifesciences, Max Healthcare and Vyome Biosciences.  

At HAB Pharma, Pankaj oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, risk management and corporate governance, while providing financial insights to support informed business decisions. 

He works closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial discipline, operational efficiency and sustainable value creation across the organisation. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Post Graduate Executive Management Programme in Finance and Sales from SPJIMR, Mumbai.
