Hitesh Dhaddha appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer at Yashoda Group

Chartered Accountant and Harvard Business School alumnus with nearly two decades of experience, Hitesh brings deep expertise at the intersection of strategic finance, corporate strategy, capital markets among other key areas

Yashoda Group has appointed Hitesh Dhaddha as its Group Chief Financial Officer.  

In his new role, he will also play a key role in advancing the Group's corporate strategy, strategic finance, growth initiatives, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions agenda, supporting Yashoda Group's next phase of growth and long-term value creation. 

A Chartered Accountant and Harvard Business School alumnus with nearly two decades of experience, Hitesh brings deep expertise at the intersection of strategic finance, corporate strategy, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and business transformation. 

Prior to joining Yashoda Group, he served as Chief Investor Relations & M&A Officer at Aster DM Healthcare, where he played a key role in some of the company's most transformative strategic initiatives. Earlier, he held key positions at Piramal Enterprises, Vedanta Resources, Tata Group, and ITC.

Over the course of his career, Hitesh has played a pivotal role in several landmark transactions, including the merger of Aster DM Healthcare and Quality Care India, the strategic segregation of Aster's GCC business, the capital raises at Piramal Enterprises, and the demerger of Piramal Pharma, along with several other significant capital markets, corporate restructuring, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Hitesh has received several prestigious industry recognitions, including the Business World CFO World's Finance Strategy Excellence Award, M&A Dealmaker of the Year, and multiple LACP Vision Awards.
