Syneos Health has elevated Vijay Ranjan to the position of Associate Director, recognizing his long-standing contribution to the organization and his consistent career progression across multiple finance and accounts leadership roles.

Over the years at Syneos Health, he has held several key positions, including Senior Manager, Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Supervisor, Team Lead, Senior Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable Coordinator, and Account Associate. His progression through these roles reflects his expertise in finance operations, process excellence, and team leadership. 

Before joining Syneos Health, Ranjan worked at Accenture as Senior Process Associate and Process Associate, where he gained valuable experience in finance and business process management. 

He began his career as an Assistant Accountant with Chartered Accountant Lalit Kumar Tayal after completing an internship with Chartered Accountant S.K. Chadha & Associates, building a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

With his elevation to Associate Director, Ranjan is expected to play a broader leadership role in strengthening finance operations and driving operational excellence at Syneos Health.
