Vikas Mohan has been appointed Head of Supply Chain Management at Lotus Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Mohan joins from iNova Pharmaceuticals, where he served as Group Operations Optimization Director. 

Prior to that, he held senior roles at Mundipharma, including Sr. Director (Head of Supply Chain) for the Consumer Health Care business and Director, Supply Planning for Consumer Health Care, where he led supply chain transformation, contract manufacturing organisation (CMO) networks, planning, logistics, carve-outs and business optimisation efforts.

Earlier in his career, Mohan held the roles of Supply Hub Lead (India) and Category Planning Manager – Chocolates at Mondelēz International, followed by a stint as Sr. Consultant at Accenture. 

He began his career at ITC Limited as Assistant Manager (Supply Chain) and Assistant Manager (Projects), where he worked on business transformation, cost reduction, operational efficiency, procurement, warehousing and plant commissioning.

In his new role at Lotus Pharmaceutical, Mohan brings this cross-industry supply chain expertise to lead the company's supply chain management function.
