LISSUN, a mental wellness start-up, has launched its first offline centre in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

“Following my experience overseas, I could figure that mental wellness attains great significance across the globe. However, in India, it is still a taboo. The whole idea behind LISSUN is to break the barriers and begin the conversation around mental wellness. Only when you acknowledge the challenge, will you be able to take steps towards resolving it. Being born and brought up in Muzaffarnagar itself, understanding the big gap of mental health services in the city, when we decided to go phygital we chose the city to mark the launch,” said Krishna Veer Singh- Co-founder & Director of LISSUN.

Dr. Preeti Singh, Chief Medical Officer, LISSUN further shared, “It is great to be a part of the new initiative at LISSUN. In order to penetrate deeper in tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India, digital alone would not have sufficed. A lot of people face the problem to access help, and on top of it, there are many who are not even aware of the very existence of a solution. We truly believe to see a lot of lives getting changed for better through this newly established channel by LISSUN.”

The LISSUN Experiential centre has been launched at 218, Atreya Hospital, Sadar Bazaar, Muzaffarnagar. The company claims that this is the first time a mental wellness start-up has gone phygital in a Tier 2 city.
