Agilent Technologies has launched a new Customer Experience Center (CEC) and office in Mumbai, deepening its investment in India’s life sciences, pharma, and applied markets. This integrated facility serves as a hub for hands-on tech demos and expert-led support. During the opening, professionals from across the food safety, environmental, and biopharma sectors explored new ways to tackle real-world lab challenges.
The Customer Experience Center is a key part of Agilent’s global infrastructure, joining a worldwide network of innovation hubs and Centers of Excellence. In India, it works alongside the Manesar Solution Center, the Refurbishment Center, and the Hyderabad Biopharma Center to bridge local scientific needs with global expertise and best practices.

Agilent is doubling down on India to create a more integrated, customer-first experience. By housing their offices and Customer Experience Center under one roof, they’re making it easier for local teams and labs to collaborate closely, swap technical insights, and solve problems together throughout the entire analytical lifecycle.
