HyugaLife raises Rs 100 crore in Series A to boost AI personalisation and offline expansion

The capital will be deployed to deepen AI-driven personalisation capabilities, expand its dark store network, and build a strong offline retail presence

HyugaLife, a fast-growing marketplace for authentic, lab-tested proteins and supplements, has secured Rs 100 crore in its Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from First Bridge Fund.

The company has previously attracted investments from Peak XV and Spring Marketing Capital.

The newly raised capital will be deployed to deepen AI-driven personalisation capabilities, expand its dark store network for faster deliveries, and build a strong offline retail presence. These initiatives align with HyugaLife’s core proposition of delivering genuine products at fair prices with speed and reliability.

Founded by Sachin Parikh, Anvi Shah, and Neehar Modi, HyugaLife was created to address a fundamental trust deficit in India’s protein and supplements market. The platform has tackled this challenge through its proprietary “H-Tested” framework—an authenticity-focused system that ensures direct sourcing from brands, eliminates third-party sellers, and provides independent lab reports covering nutritional accuracy and heavy metal content across a significant portion of its catalogue.

Building on this foundation, the company is now enhancing its platform with AI-led personalisation, enabling tailored product discovery based on individual life stages, fitness goals, and wellness needs. It is also investing in consumer education through clear, accessible content aimed at simplifying decision-making in a complex category.

HyugaLife currently offers more than 10,000 products from over 450 vetted brands, catering to a wide consumer base that includes athletes, fitness enthusiasts, professionals, and families across India. Among its notable backers is international cricketer KL Rahul, who has invested in the platform.

Sachin Parikh, Founder and CEO, said, "The company is doubling down on its authenticity promise while integrating smarter technology and faster access. IvyCap and First Bridge clearly understood both the vision and its importance, making this a natural partnership.”

“HyugaLife is addressing a critical trust gap in India’s proteins and supplements market through a strong authenticity-led approach. Their focus on verified sourcing, transparent information, and AI-driven personalization creates a compelling, differentiated platform. We believe they are well-positioned to scale as a trusted omnichannel health platform in India, and we are delighted to partner with them on this journey.” said Vikram Gupta, Founder & Managing Partner, IvyCap Ventures.

“HyugaLife has built something genuinely hard to replicate: consumer trust at scale, in a category where scepticism is the default. The authenticity infrastructure they have put in place is a real differentiator, and the consumer response speaks for itself. We are glad to back Sachin and the team as they move into this next phase," said Vishal Kumar Gupta, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, First Bridge Fund.
