IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH), a world-leading integrated healthcare provider, today announced a strategic collaboration between its India subsidiaries – Fortis Healthcare Limited (Fortis), and Gleneagles Healthcare India Private Limited (Gleneagles India) - to pave the way for stronger business performance and sustainable growth. 

Under an operation and maintenance services (O&M Services) agreement, Fortis will manage the operations of five out of six hospitals under the Gleneagles India network. This is a significant step towards strengthening IHH’s pan-India healthcare platform with enhanced operational scale, clinical excellence, and geographical reach, while retaining their respective talent pool and autonomy in financial management. It brings together complementary capabilities under a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centric care, while unlocking operational and financial synergies across both networks. This agreement is conditional on receipt of acceptance and acknowledgement of relevant parties.
