Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited has announced that Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, Thane, Maharashtra has awarded a Tender to the Company to provide diagnostics services (Both Radiology and Pathology) to serve the patients falling under the jurisdiction of Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation on Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

As per the Tender awarded, the company will set up a MRI, CT Scan, Sonography- Ultrasound, X-Ray Center and Pathology Lab to serve the patients falling under the jurisdiction of MiraBhayandar Municipal Corporation.

The nature project will be design, finance, construction, marketing and operation of the Diagnostics Center at the above referred location.

The Company is in the process of entering in to Agreement with the Authority. The work order will be issued by the Authority once the Agreement entered in to in this behalf.
