Lilac Insights launches mental health platform AtEase

The platform will provide a safe and nurturing space for women, and non-binary individuals

On the occasion of the upcoming World Mental Health Day, Lilac Insights, a genetic diagnostic testing company, is all set to launch AtEase—an inclusive mental health platform

for women (cis-women & transwomen) and non-binary individuals. The platform offers a safe space, while maintaining confidentiality and privacy during sessions.

AtEase will provide a safe and nurturing space for women, and non-binary individuals. It is built on the insight ‘you should be your first priority.  The platform aims to help ingrain mental and emotional wellness in the day-to-day life of these individuals. It supports their mental health through advocacy, collaboration and improved accessibility. The therapists on AtEase work with clients to build insights about their challenges, develop ways to address those challenges and to better manage troubling symptoms.

The support uses social science, social justice, evidence-based queer affirmative approaches to help tackle issues grappling the individuals.

Through client-centered methods, AtEase aims to help reduce depression, anxiety, burnout and other mental health related issues experienced by women, and non-binary individuals. The experts associated with AtEase have been designated based on their professional expertise of working in the LGBTQIA+ and women’s mental health space.
