Miror Therapeutics, in collaboration with the Soham Foundation and Bengaluru Electricity Supply Company Limited(BESCOM), organised a Women’s Health Awareness Program focused on perimenopause, menopause, and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at Belaku Bhavana in Bengaluru.

The initiative, conducted under a government outreach programme, witnessed active participation from women employees of BESCOM and aimed to strengthen awareness around hormonal health and mid-life wellness among working women.

The programme highlighted the growing importance of workplace healthcare awareness initiatives focused on women’s health issues that are often under-discussed despite affecting millions globally.

Commenting on the initiative, Sanjith Shetty, Founder and CEO of Miror Therapeutics, said hormonal health concerns among perimenopausal and menopausal women continue to be overlooked and stressed the need for open conversations and informed healthcare decisions.

Through the initiative, Miror Therapeutics aims to strengthen collaborations with government institutions, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to bridge awareness gaps in women’s hormonal health through expert-led educational programmes.

The session concluded with positive feedback from participants, underlining the importance of dedicated wellness and awareness programmes for women employees in government and institutional workplaces.
