Thyrocare posts 24% revenue growth in Q1 FY27; PAT rises 34% on strong pathology performance

Processed 55.2 million tests during the quarter; expands into specialty diagnostics with allergy testing and genomics.

Thyrocare Technologies, one of India’s leading healthcare diagnostics companies, reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with growth across revenue, profitability, testing volumes, and specialty diagnostics.
 
The company recorded consolidated revenue of Rs. 240.02 crore in Q1FY27, marking a 24% year-on-year growth, driven by sustained momentum in its Pathology business. EBITDA increased 34% YoY to Rs. 77.27 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 34% YoY to Rs. 51.33 crore, reflecting Thyrocare’s focus on operational efficiency and profitable expansion.
 
Thyrocare’s Pathology segment continued to be the key growth engine, registering 26% year-on-year growth during the quarter. Franchise revenue grew 27% YoY, while partnership revenue increased 26% YoY, highlighting strong traction across the company’s expanding network.
 
The company, recognised as India’s largest diagnostic test volume processor, strengthened its leadership position by processing 55.2 million tests in Q1FY27, representing a 28% year-on-year increase.
 
Thyrocare continued to reinforce its commitment to diagnostic excellence by achieving further improvements in quality metrics. The company reduced complaints to 3.1 per million tests, a 24% year-on-year improvement, while maintaining an Average Turnaround Time (ATAT) of 3.37 hours from sample receipt.
 
With this achievement, Thyrocare became India’s first diagnostic chain to reach this benchmark, underlining its focus on speed, accuracy, and reliability.
 
As part of its next phase of growth, Thyrocare expanded into Specialty Diagnostics, beginning with Allergy testing and Genomics. The company has progressively expanded its specialty test portfolio, focusing on scientific rigor, clinical trust, uncompromising quality, and industry-leading turnaround times.
