Virax Biolabs Group is accelerating its commercial expansion in Asia after signing an exclusive multi-country supply agreement with Fosun Diagnostics covering six key Southeast Asian markets.

The agreement, executed through Virax’s wholly owned subsidiary Virax Biolabs (UK) Limited, will bring the company’s ImmuneSelect research-use-only (RUO) immune profiling product line to Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia, creating an immediate pathway for commercial supply and potential near-term revenue generation.

Virax said the deal marks a major milestone for ImmuneSelect, providing access to Fosun Diagnostics’ established regional infrastructure and customer network. The agreement also creates a framework for future growth opportunities, including expanded product offerings, larger-volume supply arrangements and potential OEM or private-label partnerships.

ImmuneSelect is Virax’s commercially available immune profiling platform and is separate from ViraxImmune, the company’s diagnostic platform currently undergoing clinical and regulatory development.

Fosun Diagnostics, the diagnostics business arm of Fosun Medtech under Fosun Pharma, will initially evaluate ImmuneSelect applications focused on tuberculosis-related research in Thailand, where the company has identified near-term customer demand. The rollout could later extend across additional ASEAN markets covered by the agreement.

Virax will supply ImmuneSelect products, including ELISpot assay plates designed to measure cellular immune responses, through purchase orders featuring volume-based pricing structures intended to support scalable commercial expansion.

"This agreement represents a major step forward in the commercial rollout of our ImmuneSelect platform across Southeast Asia," said James Foster, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Virax Biolabs. "It establishes a structured multi-country framework with one of Asia's leading diagnostics groups, enabling immediate commercial activity and a clear pathway for scalable regional expansion."

"We are pleased to collaborate with Virax Biolabs as we evaluate ELISpot-based research applications across Southeast Asia," said Leon Zhang, International Commercial Head for China Domestic Business, Fosun MedTech. "Virax's ImmuneSelect ELISpot platform provides a strong option for our evaluation activities, and we look forward to assessing its performance across multiple regional markets."
