RPG Life Sciences has completed the acquisition of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and intermediates businesses of Raghava Life Sciences Private Limited (RLSPL) through its wholly owned subsidiary, RPG Active Pharma Limited (RPGAP).

The transaction was undertaken as a going concern by way of a slump sale under the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) executed between RPGAP and RLSPL. The company had informed stock exchanges about the execution of the BTA on September 2, 2026.

RPG Life Sciences said the transaction has now been completed, with the transfer of the API business taking effect from September 16, 2026.
