Eli Lilly and Company is set to showcase a sweeping slate of oncology data at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, taking place May 29–June 2 in Chicago. The move aims at underscoring an aggressive push across multiple cancer types and therapeutic platforms.
The presentations span Lilly’s expanding oncology portfolio, including two high-profile Plenary Session readouts and new clinical updates across lung, breast, blood cancers, and rare solid tumors.
The company is also highlighting early-stage innovation in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and in vivo CAR-T therapy—signals of a pipeline increasingly built on next-generation precision medicine.
Among the headline data are primary event-free survival results from the Phase 3 LIBRETTO-432 study of adjuvant Retevmo (selpercatinib) in rearranged during transfection (RET) fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), alongside findings from the investigator-initiated Phase 3 SARC041 study evaluating Verzenio (abemaciclib) in advanced dedifferentiated liposarcoma.
Additional attention will fall on an oral presentation of early results from an investigational ADC targeting Nectin-4 in advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma, as well as updated findings from Kelonia Therapeutics’ Phase 1 inMMyCAR study of an anti-BCMA in vivo CAR-T therapy in relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma. Lilly’s planned acquisition of Kelonia Therapeutics remains pending completion.
“Our presence at this year's ASCO reflects a snapshot of our most recent meaningful advances, including data for both Retevmo and Verzenio that will be presented in the Plenary Session.
"These data are complemented by initial proof of concept results for our next antibody drug conjugate and new data from the Kelonia in vivo CAR-T program. Collectively, these findings reflect the expanding reach of our pipeline and our commitment to delivering in ways that matter for patients.”
Executives say the breadth of the program reflects a deliberate expansion across nearly every oncology subspecialty.
"We continue to grow the breadth and depth of the Lilly Oncology portfolio, with clinical programs in nearly every subspeciality of oncology, utilizing a diverse array of technologies to address patients' disease," said Jacob Van Naarden, executive vice president and president of Lilly Oncology.

Key highlights from Lilly’s ASCO lineup include:
Retevmo (selpercatinib; RET kinase inhibitor): In a late-breaking Plenary Session presentation, Lilly will report primary event-free survival results from the Phase 3 LIBRETTO-432 study in stage IB–IIIA RET fusion-positive NSCLC.
The company previously disclosed that the study met its primary endpoint, showing a “highly significant and clinically meaningful improvement” in investigator-assessed event-free survival. The results will also be featured in ASCO’s press program session on May 30.
Verzenio (abemaciclib; CDK4/6 inhibitor): Another Plenary Session presentation will detail results from the Phase 3 investigator-initiated SARC041 study in advanced dedifferentiated liposarcoma.
LY4052031 (investigational ADC targeting Nectin-4): Early Phase 1 data from the NEXUS-01 study will be presented in an oral session, evaluating the therapy in advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma.
Kelonia Therapeutics – KLN-1010 (investigational in vivo CAR-T therapy): Rapid oral presentation of updated Phase 1 inMMyCAR results in relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma, adding further insight into the company’s next-generation cell therapy approach.
Taken together, the ASCO presentations highlight Lilly’s accelerating bet on diversified oncology innovation—from targeted kinase inhibition to ADCs and in vivo CAR-T—across some of the most challenging cancers in clinical medicine.
