Galderma expands Cetaphil portfolio in India

Cetaphil AM/PM Serum Duo is designed specifically for sensitive skin as the new range combines daytime protection against environmental stressors with overnight skin barrier repair

Swiss dermatology company Galderma has expanded its Cetaphil skincare portfolio in India with the launch of the Cetaphil AM/PM Serum Duo, introducing a new antioxidant skincare regimen powered by its proprietary Gallic-AOX Power Technology.

Designed specifically for sensitive skin, the new range combines daytime protection against environmental stressors with overnight skin barrier repair.

While antioxidant-based skincare has gained popularity, consumers with sensitive skin often face limited options that combine clinical efficacy with skin compatibility.

The new Cetaphil regimen addresses this gap by combining Gallic Acid and Vitamin E in Gallic-AOX Power Technology, which the company says has demonstrated antioxidant efficacy that is twice as effective as Vitamin C in laboratory evaluations.

The two-serum regimen has been developed to work in sync with the skin's natural circadian rhythm, providing daytime defence against external stressors while supporting overnight skin barrier recovery.

Raghavendra Sadashiva, Managing Director, Galderma India & South Asia, said, "With the launch of the Cetaphil AM/PM Serum Duo, we are introducing a new approach to antioxidant skincare for sensitive skin—one that protects during the day, supports repair at night, and is backed by clinically proven science."

The Cetaphil Advanced Defense Serum (AM) is formulated to help protect the skin from oxidative stress caused by pollution, blue light and other environmental aggressors.

Complementing it is the Cetaphil Advanced Recovery Serum (PM), which is designed to support the skin's natural overnight repair process. The formulation combines Gallic-AOX Power Technology with panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Centella asiatica (CICA) and Bifida Ferment to help restore the skin barrier, deeply hydrate stressed skin and protect against free radical damage accumulated during the day.
