Growth driven by strong performance across Sugar Free, RiteBite Max Protein, Everyuth, Glucon-D and Nutralite portfolios
Zydus Wellness Limited reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year ended FY26, driven by robust growth across its health, nutrition and personal care brands, along with contributions from recently acquired businesses.
The company posted consolidated net sales of Rs.14,761 million in Q4 FY26, marking a 62.1% year-on-year increase compared to Rs. 9,106 million in Q4 FY25. 9,106 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the full financial year FY26, annual net sales stood at Rs 39,400 million, reflecting a 46.4% year-on-year growth.
EBITDA for the year reached Rs 5,097 million, registering a 34.2% increase over the previous year, supported by post-acquisition performance and operational growth across key brands. Profit after tax for FY26 stood at Rs 1,972 million.
The company’s flagship brand Sugar Free continued to dominate the sugar substitute market with a market share of 96.1%. During the quarter, the company expanded the portfolio with the launch of Sugar Free D’lite Choco Spread, while Sugar Free Green recorded its 20th consecutive quarter of double-digit growth.
RiteBite Max Protein continued to outperform in the protein snacking segment, improving EBITDA margins from breakeven levels at the time of acquisition last year to near double-digit margins. New launches included Max Protein Ultimate Protein Boost ready-to-drink beverages, Max Protein Roots Ghee Jaggery Bar and Korean-flavoured chips.
In the glucose and hydration category, Glucon-D maintained leadership with a 58.9% market share and entered the performance hydration segment with the launch of Glucon-D Recharge in liquid and sachet formats.
Personal care brand Everyuth retained leadership positions in scrubs and peel-off masks with market shares of 48.6% and 75.5% respectively. The brand also reported strong double-digit growth during FY26, aided by innovation, distribution expansion and the launch of a tan removal face wash in Q4.
Nycil continued to lead the prickly heat powder category with a 33.2% market share, while Nutralite delivered double-digit growth backed by strong category performance in fat spreads.
Nutrition drink brand Complan maintained its fourth position in the market with a 4% share. During the quarter, the company also commenced direct supply of Complan NutriGro in the kids’ nutrition segment.
