Jubilant Pharmova Limited has appointed Ashish Mukkirwar as its Chief Financial Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership bench with a seasoned corporate finance and strategic advisory professional.

Mukkirwar brings more than two decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer, and technology sectors.

Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Ashish will lead the company’s global finance function, including capital allocation, financial governance, investor relations, and long-term strategic growth initiatives. 

In his new role, he is expected to work closely with the executive leadership team to drive operational profitability and support the company’s international expansion roadmap.

Before joining Jubilant Pharmova, Ashish spent nearly five years at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he held several senior leadership positions. 

He initially served as Group Vice President – Strategy and Investor Relations and was later elevated to Group Vice President & CFO – Global Formulations Business, overseeing the financial operations of Glenmark’s international formulations business.

Prior to his corporate leadership journey, Ashish built extensive experience in investment banking and strategic finance. He spent more than eight years at Moelis & Company, progressing from Associate and Vice President roles to Executive Director. Earlier, he worked as Associate Director at UBS, where he advised on major cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. 

His career also includes corporate finance assignments at Violet Arch and an early stint as a software engineer at Infosys.

Ashish is regarded as a seasoned finance leader with deep expertise in healthcare corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital structure management, and shareholder value creation across global markets.
