DocMode files SEBI regulation 74(5) compliance certificate for March quarter

Health-tech firm submits quarterly depository compliance confirmation to NSE; RTA says no rematerialisation requests were received in Q4 FY26

DocMode Health Technologies Limited has submitted its quarterly compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, according to an NSE filing.

The filing includes a confirmation from the company’s registrar and share transfer agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited, stating that the regulation was not applicable for any rematerialisation activity during the quarter, as no requests were received from shareholders for conversion of demat holdings into physical form.

The disclosure, signed by Paulson Paul Thazhatedath, is part of routine listed-company compliance requirements and ensures depository-related records remain updated with stock exchanges and market infrastructure institutions.

The filing occurs amid a busy corporate action period for the company, which recently disclosed plans for an extraordinary general meeting and proposed corporate changes, including a name-related resolution.
